Lots of coverage for the memorial services in Houston this morning, this bit of information was brought to my attention. I had no idea that this went on??

As you may or may not know, every morning on the shuttle the crew is awaken by music selected by flight controllers in the Mission Control Center. The Columbia "Blue Team" crew were woken up on day 5 by Radiohead's "Fake Plastic Trees". You can download the actual song from the page below (the page is down often so keep on checking). At the end of the song, you can hear Mission Control greet the astronauts and dedicate the song to pilot William C. McCool who responded that "Radiohead is my favorite group."
