Just found this via GYBO:

A very listenable/impressive remix/mashup Queen compilation. Enjoy!

Ha, I was just planning to post about that in this very thread. I have been listening to that record quite a bit lately. Some great stuff.

Love that Minna's (Girl Thursday) review is the most helpful. True to form.

Whitey - Canned Laughter

Semi-professional whinger, Whitey, has recently released his back catalogue on Bandcamp. I'm a fan, so recommend most of it, but the first few tracks of Canned Laughter are a particularly good introductions to his oeuvre - gently whimsical electro pop dance or something.

Really amazing Apples In Stereo album is "The Discover Of The World Inside The Moone."
It's a psychedelic masterpiece in its own right!

THE TIME AND SPACE MACHINE

This guy has been collecting psychedelia for years and has makes music similar to the sublime but insane Pepe Deluxe. I would describe TTASM as the Chemical Brothers, sent back in time to the sixties and given better drugs...

Check these out on YouTube...

These fellas are called Javelin. They've really kept my boat floatin' for the past couple of years in absence of a new Avalanches record. Both bands are similar in that they work with samples.

http://dollarbinsofthefuture.com/

Play any of the tracks in the "Sounds" player on the right, or go into the dollar bin for free downloads. These guys are pretty brilliant, to me at least.
