i really hate Adam Sandler, so let me be the one to say that Punch Drunk Love was one of my favorite movies last year. Not to get all sappy, but I think PT Anderson did such a remarkable job invoking that feeling of falling in love.

Adaptation rocked. Alot of people here didn't like it, but I think they missed the idea/point.

I saw City of God over the weekend. This is one good film. Best I've seen in 03. I recommend it.

yeah city of god was amazing - some of the more violent scenes involving children were pretty disturbing though, especially with it being based on a true story and all.
