i haven't used premiere for a long time - i use final cut, or imovie for quickie stuff. but this should work:

1. rip the youtube movie onto your hard disk. i use keepvid:

http://keepvid.com/

when you save the video from keepvid, save it as a .flv file (flash video).

2a. you might now be able to import this flv file into premiere, supposing that adobe (which now owns flash) added support for flv since the last time i used it. it may not have, in which case, no import possible, so onto step 2b.

2b. convert the flv movie file into some format that's importable into premiere - like .mov, .wmv, .mpeg. there are free converters out there you can google for. for mac, try videohub or isquint. for win, try replay converter.

3. import the converted file into premiere.

If you´re a firefox user I would recomend videodownloader.
It´s very easy to use.

Also I prefer Final cut pro insted of Adobe Premier, if your on a mac.
