I can't take credit for this one, but the sampled singing on Two Hearts in 3/4 Time has been discovered! It's from Oba Oba by Luiz Bonfa:

I've just compared them and I can't see it. Which bit of Oba Oba is used?

Thanks, Ulv - I've got it now! I think it proves what genius ears the Avs have to be able to lift out that particular piece and transform it so well. So well that I couldn't spot it! And I call myself an expert.... :oops:

I'm stuck on ID-ing two samples from Frontier Psychiatrist;

its the flute/string part (I think it a keychange as well!) under at "did I ever tell you a story...." at about 1:30, and the strings just after "i promised my girlfriend I'd play the violin..." at about 2:00

I'm trying to figure out a way me and my DJ-minded mates can do a 4 deck+MPC cover/remix after drunken "can it be done?" conversation, and I'm stuck on these two.

If anything comes of it I'll be sure to put the results up here or in the covers thread.
