adventures of stevie v - dirty cash (money talks)
roscoe - smooth sailin' (roscoe is kurupt's 17 yr old brother and i can definitely imagine other avalanches fans digging this laid back summery song with an earth wind and fire break)
mop ft jay-z - put it in the air
lumidee ft nore - crashin a party
new kids on the block - step by step (c&c vocal dance mix)
pastor troy - ain't no more play in g.a.

michael jackson - billie jean (valley style instrumental)
juelz santana - santana's town

nothing too staggering but here goes...

falling - ben kweller (drunken singalong on the way home from the pub last night)
concrete schoolyard - jurassic 5 (keep hearing it around - last time was whilst looking for some new jeans)
nothin' but a g thang - dre and snoop (in the new charlies angels film too - very fun)
i against i - mos def and massive attack (just because)
hellohihey - the lifesavas (great great album, this is the standout for me, though the track with the other 'quannum' guys is close)
unplugged - dj falcon (i can dance to it and i don't feel bad)
like glue - sean paul (i have no idea what this is about, but can just make out he 'needs some trees up in his heeeeeaaad'. it's brilliant.)
guantanamo - outlandish (latiny. hiphop. sunny. i do live in the hood in mexico...)
big brother - stevie wonder (talking book calms me down)
tease me - chaka demus and pliers (it's crap and also unfeasibly brilliant at the same time, and reminds me of summer when i was about 13...)

i've only heard this one and 'what if it's true?' but they've both grown on me - they've got a unique vocal style hey. is the rest of the album much like these?
