Ladies and Gents,

I'm going through one of those funny 'bored of my CD collection' periods (not that it's particularly huge or anything)
And everytime I go into the Music shop I spend ages walking around like a lost soul and end up buying nothing!!!

So good people of this music forum I need your input.

I don't care if it's an old classic or a new fresh album just help me pick out something that you consider a must have....

Oh and one more thing - Back to this Desert Island 5 albums thing -

If you were on a desert Island and had to pick one album from the last 5 decades (i.e. 1 from 60's, 1 from 70's etc.) what would they be

thanks

Diggidy

da size of yr cd/vinyl collection bares absolutely no relation to boredom quotient. i hav pretty large collection & every time i wanna play somat im thinkin, "hmm... nuthin i wanna play". only time dis aint a problem iz when i got new stuffz to play i aint heard or am still gettin into (like erols mix fer muzik mag at mo). suppose dats why i like to rec mixes offa radio, cos ders alwayz new stuff cumin in

now, im presumin u hav all avs rekkids - el producto, sily, at last alone, gimix, cornerstone, at home 2 & assorted other bitz & bobz & mixes

lemon jelly iz also a must - lemonjelly.ky, lost horizons & various singles & mixes. visit www.jellyheads.info fer jellyography

The ultimate chill out :

Purple Penguin - De-tuned

Sweet lazy beats and tight production.

Delerium - Poem
Enigma - MCMXC a.D.
Enigma - The cross of Changes
Enigma - Le Roi Est Mort, Vive Le Roi
Enigma - The Screen Behind the Mirror
Schiller - Voyage (<-- not sure if the title is correct)

I quite like:
rjd2 - deadringer
dj shadow - any album / release
Mr Scruff - Trouser Jazz, or try and find the 02 breezeblock
Dynamo Productions - analogue
Ugly Duckling - the new album (taste the secret) I like if you are a fan of hip hop it might be worth a listen.
