does anybody know any good
program that can
be used 2 sample mp3´s to wav and then edit the file
to be used in a loop?

um, Sound Forge does that. it's made by Sonic Foundry.

Hey,
you don't need to 'sample' to a wav from an mp3, you use the waveout plugin on Winamp under the 'preferences' section to make it create wavs from your mp3s.

Also, as riko said, Sonic Foundry can create loops using the mp3s themselves.

the same is true for Cooledit, but it takes a little more work.

i try to use reaktor but i don't understand it. i'm pretty sure it can do EVERYTHING in the world.
