wouldn't it figure that he's a beastie boys fanatic.... this man very well may be my arch enemy. Fortunately, I have a bunch of stuff he's looking for.

i noticed that he has an impressive beastie boys collection but i have to say that he don't have what i have: the memory of the DC tibetan freedom concert where my good man adrock went "damn!" while pointing at me, in front of the stage, cause i got hit in the head by the boot of a crowd surfer (i was never the same afterwards) as a security guard was pulling him out of the crowd. i saw adam horovitz pointing at me and i was like "HELL YEAH!!!!!!!". then mikeal diamond had to tap him to get back into the song. i think it was gratitute..... ah, moments like this make you realize that camping out all night for tickets is worth it after all......

adrocknaphobia, where you there for the concert? if so, did you see the lightning?????

Hell yeah I was at that concert. That was the greatest show I've ever seen. I even saw that girl bounce when she got hit. Fucking crazy shit, everyone around me thought a bomb went off. I was grabbing my arms and legs making sure they were still there.

Aside from the lightning the acts were awesome. Security as soooo laxed... I was carrying around a half gallon of vodka all day Sunday.

Good Shit.

Too bad all our hardcore partying didn't free tibet. :P

i feel you on the partying thing adam.

about the lightning, i have to say that i didn't think that anything in the world could give that many different sensations in a fraction of a second.... i mean turning from white to yellow to green then back to orange and the overall heat that was generated from on single lightning stroke.... i was waiting for my ppl at section 420 up in RFK and i was leaning over the gardrail when i saw that shit happen. it was wild indeed. did you see the stadium security guys doing the whole baywatch thing on her? wild indeed.

CRAZY SHIT!!!!!!

p.s. is anyone interested in rallying?

agreed, i think you guys are being pretty fuckin' harsh here.

you probably don't mean it seriously, but still, to single someone out just because they place a bid on something is childish... it's what ebay's all about after all, if you think the prices are too high then simply don't bid.

oh come on - the whole thread is light-hearted - i'm sure no-one thinks badly of astroboy just coz he's been outbidding people

besides because of this thread there's a chance that both adrock & astrobboy get to trade stuff and both end up winners :)

Yeah, in all honestly I was just joking around. Astro keeps poppin up in the same auctions as I and was just trying to give a shout out, since we seem to be all about the same artists.

Neither of us won the 45", some first time ebay bidder got it for like 80 AU.

Actually on a side note, I talked to carl47 from Ebay who was selling the prince paul remixes, and he says he has a medium sized stack of em. So if anyone is still looking for one, he seems to put one up every 2 weeks.
