I was fortunate enough to interview Erol Alkan ahead of a show he's playing for a club night I co-promote later this week. The reason I've posted it here is because I mention The Avalanches a couple of times since the first time I saw him DJ was with them in London ten years ago (with a few other people on this forum!)

Some people on here might also remember when he joined us on this forum after that set and told us a bit more about himself and Trash (keeping quiet about being Kurtis Rush mind!) so I just thought I'd share

Cool, thanks for posting. I do remember when he posted on here. In fact, when I went to London many years ago and went to Trash, I introduced mice elf and he at least pretended to recognize me from my name on the board...
