Cockroaches is a great tune. The title track takes a bit - i still think Cockroaches is better overall.

The remix on there is definitely fun, but only really hints at what the Waterslides seem to be gearing up for. I'm predicting they are new comers to watch, who are probably going to become favourites for a lot of us here on the av's board...

I think the ep is worth getting to support Darren on his DIY trip. this is definitely a grass roots release.

love, Pen.

Been meaning to listen to this for a while now, so good things do come to those who wait (or procrastinate)!

I see he's playing on Friday night at Ric's in Brisbane - I had earmarked a visit to the Museum of Modern Art that night to see New Buffalo doing a show as part of the Andy Warhol Up Late series of events. Might have to do a cross town dash if I can come up with a convincing case for my better half!

But agree - the EP sounds well worth supporting. I still have very fond memories of Gerling going off at Livid and the BDO!

BTW, nice to be back - have been off the board for a while due to work   Good to see some interesting topics around!
Cheers.
