Cheers guys

Air are playing the v festival in melbourne, and a sideshow, and whilst I like their recorded stuff, I think it might be too chilled to see live.

Have any of you seen them live and what are they like?

Appreciate any comments

I get the impression they change things around a fair bit... they used to play live with Phoenix as their backing band, so obviously not *that* chilled...

They did Kelly Watch the Stars on Jools Holland years and years ago, and it was lots of fun.

their live show was very nice on the moon safari tour. then i saw them on their second album tour and they kinda put me to sleep. then i saw them at coachella last year and they were even worse. it didn't help that they started like 30 minutes late, which hardly anyone has ever done at coachella, but after about four songs i'd had enough. just boring.

i saw them on the talkie walkie tour.

one of the worst gigs i've ever been to i think, they were genuinely boring, and they knew the crowd were having a bad time.

one of them wore a beret though, which i think is a really funny thing for a french person in england to do.

Ooh, scary Irish men. Would you like to recruit me? I like your berets. They're worn by Saddam Hussain, Frank Spencer... and the French.
