Surely an equal in terms of their respective awesomeness!!!

Apparently air traffic needed to be diverted around melbourne due to the light show!

This year was pretty awesome - I enjoyed:
1. Caribou - Andorra (what a record - if only i could catch these guys live!)
2. Mark Ronson - Version (Yeah a lotta hype - but still jammin)
3. The Teenagers - every remix they did this year
4. Kissy Sellout - can he do any wrong? Everything he touched this year was bangin!
5. MIA - all those Boyz remixes were great and the Paper Planes remixes were off the hook too!
6. The Black Ghosts - I kept diggin up awesome tracks and remixes from these guys - Kissy's remix of their "Face The Music" was probably this year's true hilight.

Ah, but there were a few low points...
1. The new White Stripes record - I wanted to love it, but this was no follow up to GBMS...oh well at least we sorta got a Meg porno clip.
2. The Go! Team - I really didnt mind the new songs, but i hated to see such scathing reviews for a ban d i had come to like so much...
3. Perry Ferrel's whatever its caled band with his wife and Nuno from Extreme - solid single, LAME record. Anybody else buy this??
