Looking for the James De La Cruz set called "THE BREAKDOWN", which was aired 26th May 2006 on PBS 106.7 FM. Anyone has that as an mp3 to share?

I won't use soulseek, would someone be so nice and up it on some file hoster like megaupload.com or something? I would up something I have instead if needed.

It has a scent of illegal, doesn't it ? I'm not keen on connectin to those sharing nets. You never know.
Anyway, thank you for upping it so quickly! Anyone looking for something I might have (guess not you, swampmaster... ;) )

You're downloading a 1hr show of music files that probably haven't had their royalties paid. It's illegal. Doesn't matter how you download it, it's what you download that matters.

Seriously, get over it.

On balance, the music industry gets way more than its fair share from me. If it releases stuff in appropriate formats, I'll buy it. There are other methods available for the stuff it doesn't.

You're right, I know. Another point is: In my country it's NOT illegal to record (web) radio shows, those stations already pay for broadcasting them. And owning such a recorded show isn't either. But sharing the radio show is illegal in my country. I just don't want to enter a file sharing net, that's all. And thank you again for upping this.

Not intending to sound greedy, but to be honest, I'm missing MIX-UP, TRIPLE J - 22nd June 2002 and COASTLINE IBIZA - 4th August 2001, after I whacked through your great website list. That'll be great if they were available via megaupload or something. I also learned, that having Gimix and the 4th March 2001 Superchunk makes it unnecessary to look for SUPERCHUNK, XFM - 1st January 2002. Thank you for sharing those infos.

Also would you share your knowledge on this? I have a (obviously mislabeled?!) Triple J show from 1997 (?) which has a length of just 11:35, but is has an introduction of TripleJ with comparisons according the group labeling them as Oz' hottest group or something.

Let's be honest. If the RIAA had it's way there wouldn't be any Avalanches. They are strongly opposed to sampling of any kind.

not only sampling - they've just recently argued in court that it's actually illegal for anyone to rip cds + keep the mp3s on the computer even if the person bought the cds legally. that's right, you can't rip a cd you paid for.

anyone know a good lawyer?
